Where is the training located?

All mandatory intensives will be on site at Riverwest Therapy Collective in Calgary, AB. Workshops will be virtual and supervision will be a mix of in person and virtual as needed.


What is the weekly commitment?

There is no set hours weekly that are required. We have mandatory intensives that are required to be in person for attendance and there will be workshops during the other months that you are required to review, each with a different topic.


What is the price?

The cost is $1250/month and requires a 12 month commitment. If you haven’t completed the 400 hours after the 12 months, there is an option to stay on at a reduced rate for supervision support.


What does the program cover?

The program will focus primarily on what is required to provide adult assessments including ethical considerations, cultural considerations, how to conduct a thorough clinical interview, how to write a report, and how to select a battery. Additionally, you will get hands on training with the WAIS-IV-CDN, WIAT-IV-CDN and ADOS-2, and additional training will cover ADHD, psychosocial (personality and mood disorders), MVA/MVC assessments, trauma assessments and an introduction to therapeutic assessments as an intervention. You will also have access to workshops that discuss working with third parties (lawyers, insurance companies, etc) and more.
